PSC Order Index

How to Use the Order Index System

The index of Commission orders can be searched either by case name or by keyword. Case names are usually the name of the applicant, complainant, petitioner, etc. Keywords come from a predefined list of terms relevant to the Commission’s orders.

To begin, select a starting character from the alphanumeric bar (keyword or case name) and then select the specific keyword or case name from the displayed list. Click on the order number in the resulting list to open it in a PDF viewer.

Alternately, to narrow the field of case names, filter the list by selecting an industry. Multiple entries of the same case name may appear when a case name operates in more than one industry. In addition, keywords can be filtered using specific words to generate a listing of matching entries.
